Objectives

Transforming Higher Education Governance for Gender Equality in the Mediterranean

The "WE4LEAD Leadership" project promotes gender equality in higher education institutions in the Mediterranean region, focusing on increasing women's access to the highest decision-making positions. The project aligns with the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education program and the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5) by the United Nations (UN) Agenda 2030. It aims to introduce gender equality measurement tools and methods and extend its achievements to other HEIs and their social and economic environment.
